Registration

Registrations are essential and close one week prior to each workshop or sooner if course fully subscribed. Click here to download the course brochure outlining the AMA 4 Guides Impairment Assessment Training Program for 2008.

AMA Victoria reserves the right to make changes to the program and presenters, or to cancel some or all of the scheduled workshops if enrolment criteria are not met. Program details are accurate at the time of publication.

Venue

All courses will be held at AMA House, 293 Royal Parade, Parkville, Victoria

CPD / CME Points

Applications for CPD/CME points have been submitted to the relevant medical colleges for these programs.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellation will only apply if notification in writing is received at least 5 full working days prior to each individual workshop.

AMA Victoria presents this Ministerially approved training program in the application of the American Medical Association Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (4th Edition), (AMA 4 Guides), for the Department of Treasury and Finance in accordance with Section 91(1)(b) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985, Section 46A(2)(b) of the Transport Accident Act 1986 and for the purposes of Part VBA of the Wrongs Act 1958 (personal injury)
